Management Team

Jonathan Engler

Non Executive Director

I am a Non Executive Director of Supportive Care and significant financial backer of the business. I’m passionate about what we do because all patients, whether they be private or NHS, deserve the very best support throughout their illness. Given the choice, the vast majority of people would rather be at home than in a hospital, and one of my ambitions is for Supportive Care to make that choice a reality wherever possible.

Charlotte Healey

Business Development Director

I joined Supportive Care UK to help grow and develop the service nationally. It is a hugely fulfilling role as I have the privilege of working with consultants, hospital staff and our ‘behind- the -scenes’ team to provide the very best supportive care for patients and their families.

Pam Mottershead

Head of Operations

I have been a medical secretary/practice manager for 32 years both in the NHS and private sector. The specialty of supportive care is both challenging and rewarding and knowing our Consultants make such a big difference to the quality of people’s lives, and those of their families, is one of the main reasons for my involvement as Head of Operations.

Lesley Ward

I provide administrative support to our team of Consultants. Many of us have personal experiences related to life limiting illnesses and it is rewarding to know that we are all committed to providing the very best support and care for our patients.
