We’re delighted to continue our support of EMMS International, most specifically by funding three years of training for a female healthcare professional, as part of EMMS careers initiative. It is inspiring to see the difference they are making in their latest Impact Report for 2024/25.

Their Healthcare Career Pathways support vulnerable women in the most hard-to-reach areas in Nepal, Malawi, India, Rwanda, Zambia and Scotland into vital roles in healthcare. They undertake medical degrees, BScs in Nursing and other healthcare subjects, and career development courses ranging from laboratory and medical technology to palliative care.

This year, through their work, they helped 315,100 vulnerable people access healthcare.
